We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to undertake the responsibility of maintaining good conditions and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of a large variety. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas to be in the best possible condition.

Our technicians should have solid experience working with minor plumbing and electrical repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and will be accomplishing interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, and some janitorial assignments. Working as a team with all members to optimize the owner’s asset is our goal.

General maintenance duties include: (Not all -encompassing)

• Process and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
• Landscaping/grounds maintenance.
• Maintenance on all vacant units for rent readiness
• Exterior lighting and security
• Assisting in monitoring fire alarm systems and maintaining smoke detectors as needed
• On call for emergencies after business hours when needed
• Property cleanliness to enhance curb appeal
• Assist Community Site Manager with property inspections

IMMEDIATE OPENING for experienced Property Site Manager at Peterson Park & West Pine Apartments. A great opportunity with an established, stable, management firm. Successful candidates will have experience in affordable federal housing programs or other federal housing programs preferred. Must be proficient in software applications and possess basic math skills.

Our Property Site Manager will have organizational abilities to assist them while learning USDA & LIHTC Regulations. Working as a team with all members to optimize the owner’s assets is our goal. The Property Site Manager must be able to have good reasoning and problem-solving skills to deal with conflicting situations. Communication, customer service and attention to detail are also important skills.

Property Site Manager Position requires strong leadership and time management in addition to the following: (Not all -encompassing)

• Supervising Maintenance Staff
• Maintaining occupancy
• Administering Low Income Housing USDA & LIHTC certifications
• Leasing of property
• Resident retention programs
• Working with language barriers with assistance of Limited English Proficiency (LEP)
