• Landscaping/grounds maintenance.
• Maintenance on all vacant units for rent readiness
• Exterior lighting and security
• Assisting in monitoring fire alarm systems and maintaining smoke detectors as needed
• On call for emergencies after business hours when needed
• Property cleanliness to enhance curb appeal
• Assist Community Site Manager with property inspections
